GENERAL PRODUCT WARRANTY

Sunsurfs products are warranty from fifteen (15) to twenty-five (25) years depending on the product against all manufacturer defects on all collectors (frame and evacuated tubes) and storage tanks. Some components have a three (3) years warranty against all manufacturer defects. These components are limited to the work station which consists of controller, circulation pump, display pad, expansion tank, flow meter, check valve, pressure valve and pressure gauge. These components come as part of the system when purchase. These components may not be included with all models of SunSurfs solar hot water heaters.

Product must be installed in accordance with manufacturer specifications and may be subject to local building codes.

Customer must provide proof of purchase to receive the remedies of the warranty. Product must also be registered in warranty database after installation.

SunSurfs product warranty excludes all acts of nature, vandalism and misuse of product.
